Cancellation Policy

It is recommended that you schedule your spa services as far in advance as possible so that Essential Skin and Beauty can meet your scheduling requests. Reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a major credit card and a telephone number.

Reservations can be made for services by calling (630) 832-7546 or booking online.

As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. All service reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Same day services do not require a credit card to hold an appointment, but you will be asked to hold future appointments with a valid credit card.  As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments within 12 hours will be assessed a $10 fee.  No-Shows and cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled service are non-cancelable and are charged at full value.
