Cancellation Policy

It is recommended that you schedule your spa services as far in advance as possible so that Essential Skin and Beauty can meet your scheduling requests. Reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a major credit card and a telephone number.

Reservations can be made for services by calling (630) 832-7546 or booking online. All service reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. Fifty percent of the value of the treatment will be charged for cancellations received less than 12 hours before a scheduled appointment. No-Shows and cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled service are non-cancelable and are charged at full value.

If you cancel your service and Essential Skin and Beauty can fill the time slot with another appointment your card will not be charged.
